Clothes trade-in criteria
We take back:
We take back clothes in perfect condition, from over 1,400 brands!
We take back clothes for Men, Women, Babies and Children (1 month to 14 years).
Your clothes must be clean, ironed and free of wear and tear (armpits, sleeves, collar).
The buttons and zippers must be functional.
We do not take back :
We do not take back jewelryshoes, bags bagsbags underwearpyjamas pyjamas and tights.
Watch out for defects!
No holesholes stainsor tearstears pillingof loose materialor fading and traces of washing.
Your garments must have brand, size and composition labels .Price tags are not required.

We are taking over:
We are taking back books in very good condition!
We take back novelschildren’s children’s books, art and sciencesocietyand professional lifeand leisurepractical practical life, schoolthe BD and manga.
Your books must be in perfect condition: no missing, torn, damaged, glued or yellowed pages.
We do not take back:
We do not take back books without barecode or incomplete books.
Books marked “free of charge “, uncorrected proofsfrom a press servicehaving belonged to libraries.
The books of club or written in a foreign language.
Please note! Please register all your books on our website beforehand.

We do not resume:
We do not accept games with torn, scribbled or taped boxes or with stickers on them.
The boxless puzzles and games prior to 2003.
Make sure no part is missing!

We continue:
We take back video games in very good condition!
We cover video games from PS5, PS4, PS3, PS2, XBOX One, XBOX 360, XBOX Series, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 64.
We do not take back:
We do not take back video games with scratched discs, damaged or broken boxes and video games without covers.
We’re taking back your video games, not your consoles!

Toy take-back criteria
We take back:
We take back toys in very good condition!
We take back toys imitation, construction, learning and educational toys, Barbie figures, Playmobil, vehicles, carts and walkers.
We do not resume:
We do not take back toys water toys, outdoor, dhobby toys, plush toys, advertising toys and toys without CE marking.
Your toys must not be damaged, broken or discolored.
