Board game trade-in criteria
We’re taking back board games in very good condition!
We do not accept games with boxes torn, scribbled, taped or with stickers stuck on. Puzzles without boxes and pre-2003 games.
Make sure no parts are missing!
Video game trade-in criteria
We take back video games in very good condition!
We cover video games from PS5, PS4, PS3, PS2, XBOX One, XBOX 360, XBOX Series, Wii, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 64.
We do not take back video games with scratched discs, damaged or broken boxes or video games without a cover.
We‘ re taking back your video games, not your consoles!
Toy take-back criteria
We take back toys in very good condition!
We carry imitation, construction, learning and educational toys, Barbie figures, Playmobils, vehicles, carts and walkers.
We do not take back water toys, outdoor toys, hobby toys, plush toys, advertising toys and toys without CE marking.
Please note that your toys must not be damaged, broken or discolored.
